Basic legislation in the field of labour protection

Following legal provisions regulate basic requirements concerning occupational safety and health and labour relations in Slovak republic. They are: Act No.311/2001 - Labour Code, Act No. 124/2006 on occupational safety and heath (OSH) and Act No. 125/2006 on labour inspection.
